| Mouse OneArray Sensitivity and Dynamic Range |
Figure 2 (right) shows Mouse OneArray exhibits excellent sensitivity – as low as 0.050 pM – without sacrificing dynamic range. This allows you to obtain meaningful differential gene expression data for thousands of relevant genes. Results from both the Phalanx Biotech ETQC spike-ins (top) as well as the Ambion Array Control spike-ins (bottom) show that the lowest signal intensity and the dynamic range that can be reliable detected are approximately 0.05 pM and 2-3 orders of magnitude, respectively.
