Buyers and users agree and understand that they are not granted the right to use OneArray products for clinical diagnostic purposes unless they obtain written approval from the appropriate government authority. Phalanx Biotech Group (Phalanx Biotech) will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its products in any manner other than their intended use or for the use of its products for clinical diagnostic purposes without written approval from the appropriate government authority. The manufacture, sale, or importation of products from Phalanx Biotech is not permitted without the prior written consent from Phalanx Biotech. Buyers and users agree and acknowledge that Phalanx Biotech is the owner and has the copyrights to the probe sequence information of the Human OneArray™ product and any other OneArray products.
Phalanx Biotech is founded on the mission to offer researchers high-quality and user-friendly solutions at an affordable price. Your satisfaction in using our products is very important to us. Therefore, if any of our products is not performing to the standard we promised, we are willing to replace the product, or credit the product purchase price. Phalanx Biotech accepts liability of ONLY the purchase price of its products, and has no other liabilities.
OneArrayTM is an OGT Licensed Product.
This product and its use are covered by one or more of the following patents owned by Oxford Gene Technology Limited or Oxford Gene Technology IP Limited (together “OGT”): US 6,054,270 and pending patents. The purchaser is licensed to practice methods and processes covered by these patents using this product, but may not: [transfer data derived from the use of this product to third parties for value use this product in the provision of services to third parties for value];use this product to make, have made, create or contribute to the creation of stand alone expression database products for license, sale or other transfer to a third party for value; or use this product for the identification of antisense reagents or the empirical design of probes or sets of probes for using or making nucleic acid arrays; export this product outside of USA to countries in which OGT holds patents covering this product.
The use of this product in relation to the manufacture or use of nucleic acid arrays may be covered by one or more of the following patents owned by Oxford Gene Technology Limited or Oxford Gene Technology IP Limited (together “OGT”): US 6,054,270 and pending patents. The purchase of this product does not confer on the purchaser any rights or licenses under any of OGT’s patents.
