OneArray Studio Tutorials

Below are tutorials to guide you in your use of OneArray Studio:

The Quickstart Tutorials are designed to help you to quickly import and visualize your data in 20-30 minutes. We have also provided a small set of raw data to use for this purpose. These data files are three technical replicates of Sample A and Sample B from the Microarray Quality Control Consortium Project. To learn more about this dataset and the full study performed using Human OneArray, please download and read our MAQC Technote.

We also have a Comprehensive Tutorial developed by the software team that explores all the functions of Array Studio. This tutorial requires a larger timeframe and utilizes the entire MAQC dataset (Samples A, B, C, & D). Expect to set aside three or more hours to complete this tutorial.

A demo version of Array Studio can be downloaded here.
