  • 人類全基因體晶片最新版本 HOAv5 包含 30,275 探針，其中屬於人類基因探針有 29,187 個，實驗控制探針有 1,088 個。
  • 人類基因探針的設計內容是採用 NCBI Reference Sequence (RefSeq) Database release 38 和 Ensembl Database release 56 資訊，以 IMPORT 專利技術進行開發，設計具高專一性的 60 mer 寡核酸，應用於基因表現研究。
